The Buyers Products Flatbed/Flatbed Dump Hitch Plate Bumper with 2" Receiver # 3371809055 you were looking at measures 34-1/2" between the sides of the hitch which you can see in the included diagram.

This hitch may fit with your Tommy Lift, but you will need to compare the measurements shown in the diagram to your vehicle with the Timmy Lift to see if you will have enough clearance.
