Is Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series Converter PD4560K18LS8 A Good Replacement for American CS6000XL?

Question:
I am looking for a replacement inverter. I have the american cs6000xl and it sounds like your progressive 4560 series will be the best replacement. My question is my dimensions are 11.5w 10,5 high The progressive will be close if I mounted it sideways. Is this acceptable or do you have ones with similar dimensions to the cs6000xl. Thanks for your help

The Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel - 60 Amp # PD4560K18LS8 will indeed be the best option for replacing your American CS6000XL. It technically isn't an exact replacement, but it is the closest one on the market.
There are also no hiccups at all with mounting it on its side. We have people do this fairly often and I included a picture of someone else who purchased this same part doing exactly that. So absolutely no worries there!
