Question:
Hi Kevin, Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have a solar panel charging the batteries. I would like to be able to power the 110 outlets, for small things. Coffee maker quick microwave reheating without firing up a generator. Not going to run the air conditioning or anything. Can I replace the CONVERTER CHARGER, with an inverter/converter charger to do this? Pictures of current equipment attached

The Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 90 Amp # PD4590K18LS8 is a distribution panel for your AC and DC appliances which will also charge your battery when hooked up to shore power. It is not an inverter to allow you to convert DC power to AC power to run AC appliances. You would need to install an inverter with a transfer switch if you were planning to boondock and use your battery to power AC appliances.
You do not want to install a converter whose amperage rating is higher than that which originally came installed in your application. Doing so may cause wiring to overheat, resulting in damage to components and/or fire. This model is rated for 50amp service. The PD4000 series like # PD4060K is designed for 30amp service. Most of these AC/DC panels are designed to directly replace specific models so if you could send in a picture of your current distribution panel showing the make/model I can find the correct replacement and offer you more information.
I've attached a couple of review videos that will offer some additional information of these panels as well.
