Is Go Power ASW Inverter GP34XR A Suitable Replacement For Progressive Dynamics 1000W Inverter?

Question:
I am needing to replace a Progressive Dynamics 1000W inverter also purchased at trailer in my fifth wheel as it is throwing error code E-5 and intermittently interrupting power to the refrigerator. The inverter only powers the refrigerator. Would the AWS 1200W be a satisfactory replacement? Thanks.

Hello Larry, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Go Power ASW Series Advanced Sine Wave Inverter with Transfer Switch # GP34XR is a suitable replacement for your Progressive Dynamics 1000W inverter. It is a bit larger than the PD unit at 13-5/8" long x 8-15/16" wide x 3-3/8" tall but as long as you have room you will be good to go.
