Do I Reuse My Old Bus Bar for the Progressive Dynamics PD4560 System
Updated 08/07/2025 | Published 07/05/2025 >
Question:
My PD4560 has arrived, and I am studying how to switch over from the old Paralax . I do not see a bus to terminate my DC commons to. Your install video shows a bus for this. Please advise.

Hey John, it's good to hear from you again!
When switching over to the Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4560K18LS8, you'll need to remove your breakers, the bus bar, and your fuses from the old unit and put them in the new unit. If you jump to the 9:21 minute mark of the installation video (linked to this page as well) you'll see where the installer goes over this.
Hopefully this clears it up for you!
