Hi, I have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate, with a glass roof. Im looking for a trunk rack for 2 bikes. 3 questions: 1. When your product description says, Excluding Sport with Glass Roof, does that apply for my car, as well? 2. We are taking the bikes from Indianapolis to Jacksonville, FL. Will the trunk racks hold up for that long of a drive? 3. Are there other accessories we would need? One of the bikes is a ladies frame Trek ebike. The other is a Trek fat tire. Thanks!

Hey Chuck. Since your 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate has a glass roof, I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount item # Y02634. It has adjustable arms that will provide a secure fit to the back of your Santa Fe. The rubber and foam pads will help to protect the paint from scratching/scuffing.
The Yakima FullBack item # Y02634 has anti-sway cradles with ratcheting ZipStrip straps that secure your bike frames at three points. This helps to prevent sway and bike-to-bike contact on your trip. You'll have no problem transporting these bikes over a long distance with this bike rack.
Since you have a ladies frame Trek ebike you'll also need the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar item # Y02531. This adapter bar extends from the seat post to the handle post to give you a flat mounting point.
How heavy are your bikes? Trunk mounted bike racks like the Yakima FullBack item # Y02634 top out at 35 lbs capacity per bike. If yours are heavier you'll need to do a hitch mounted one.
