Question:
I have a 2019 Entegra vision 31v that steps go in and out but do not retract all the way up to travel mode, acts like gear is stripped. Tag has has several numbers on it don’t know which number I need to use for parts. 32 DBL elect w/9510 903209000 is first

Hey James, what you have is a Kwikee 32 series double step and it sounds like you need a replacement gear box which we have with the part # LC379160.
