Is There A Way To Disassemble The Thule Rapid Tracker Feet If Something Sounds Loose?

Updated 07/02/2025 | Published 06/26/2025

Question:

Two of my Rapid tracker feet are loose within the foot itself. Is there a way to disassemble to foot to tighten something inside?

Marvin,

I reached out to Thule about these and they got back to me that the feet are not made to be disassembled. I am not sure if you were to try that you would be able to get them back together. Is it just a small piece inside that sounds like it is loose, or do the feet themselves almost feel broken?

The feet themselves all hold tight on the bases. It's just that there are two of the four that wobble from within. Not sure how the feet are assembled, but it seems like something has come loose inside the foot.

@Marvin I see what you mean. There are not any replacement parts for those feet and since they are not designed to be disassembled you will most likely need to get another foot as a whole to replace that.
