Hey Barlow! The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH95QR includes the 2" x 2" receiver for accessories (like a bike rack). It also comes with the towing kit which has the ball mount with a 2" ball, safety chain loops, and the wiring harness. This is confirmed to fit the 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 Sedan.
