Hey Sean, for the Thule Xsporter Pro you have the correct replacement stirp you'd need is the part # 852-5402-013 actually. The kit you mentioned does not fit.

I checked with Thule and for the replacement rubber stripping that goes on the top of the discontinued Thule Xsporter 422 truck rack system they list Replacement Rubber Strip #853-3544-23 as the correct part.
