Hello friends, I'm Steve with etrailer.com. Welcome back for another video. We're looking today at the replacement top channel cover for your Thule Xsporter Pro Load Bars. So I threw a picture here by my left shoulder. That's what this replacement rubber channel's gonna fit. So, it's going inside those load bars there.
Now, this does replace one rubber channel cover for your Thule Xsporter Pro Load Bar. Obviously, the load bar and kit is sold separately. It's gonna reduce wind noise with the wind diffuser textured surface here. It's got this nice textured finish on it. It's gonna help cushion your load and offer slip resistance.
So these are kind of spongy, but you can kind of see there the end, how it's shaped. It's gonna slide right inside of that groove on the track that you have. It's gonna be a nice fit. It's a direct part from Thule so you can ensure it's gonna fit right the first time and it's gonna help provide a finished look for you once you've got it snapped in on top of the bar. You're not gonna see anything but that flush, nice surface there.
It does measure a total of 70 inches long side to side. So again, if it was stretched out, it'd be 70 inches. Thank you for your review. This needs cut to size to make it fit. I am not sure why it would fall out unless you have damage to your T slot or need new end caps.
I ordered a rubber replacement strip for my Thule rack cross bar and it fit perfectly just an inch longer and so easy. The package arrived/delivered to my home two days earlier than the promised date..excellent job!!!
