Does the etrailer Over-The-Cab Truck Ladder Rack Fit a 2018 Nissan Frontier?

Are you sure that this rack will fit the 2018 Nissan Frontier with 4 dorrs and a bed that is not quite 60inch long. the bed inside dims are 58.5 x 57.5.

Yes, I am. The etrailer Over-The-Cab Truck Ladder Rack item # e78FV has been confirmed to fit both the 5' and 6' bed models of the 2018 Nissan Frontier with or without the Utili-Track System. It mounts on top of your bed rails and provides a nice setup for carrying cargo, accessories, and of course, ladders. This fits most pickup trucks as long there isn't a tonneau cover installed because they mount in the same spot so it wouldn't work.
