I currently have Kodiak 13inch Hub and Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Dacromet - 9/16inch Bolts. Would this be a direct replacement?

Hello Steve,

Yes, you can swap out your Kodiak 13inch Hub and Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Dacromet - 9/16inch Bolts with the DeeMaxx 13" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly - 8 on 6-1/2 - Maxx Coating - 8,000 lbs - 9/16" Studs # DE42YR.

What kind of trailer is this going on? Fun or work?

This is for our 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397th. We had a bearing/race failure and fortunately had a Kodiak hub/rotor with us. I'd like to replace it so we have a complete brake assembly on hand. Hard to get them just anywhere.

@Steve Definitely a smart idea to keep one on hand for those emergency situations. Glad that was the case for you Steve so you could get back on the road quickly!

This may be a good fit, but unfortunately it won't take a threaded cap that the Kodiak uses. This needs a push in cap. I don't see one listed in the related parts. Can you suggest the part number for one that will fit this hub? Thanks. BTW, it'd be good to note that in the description or in other possible needed parts with the bearings. Regards, Steve

@Steve My apologies Steve, every once in a while a rotor will sneak past me that doesn't have all the parts included. You will need a # TRU66FR for an easy grease spindle, if you do not have an easy grease spindle you can go with a # RG04-100. If you need the bearings and races as well: - Inner Bearing: # 25580 - Outer Bearing: # 02475 - Inner Race: # 25520 - Outer Race: # 02420 - Grease Seal: # RG06-070
