Hey Mike, yes the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12-1/4" Single Brake Assembly # BRKH122508S is the correct kit to attach the replacement mounting part # CMB-133-8D-DAC that you referenced. This hardware kit was designed for 8k axles which is also what the bracket kit you mentioned was designed for.
