Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our DeeMaxx 13-inch hub-and-rotor assembly with an 8 on 6 1/2 inch lug pattern with a Maxx coating rated for 8,000 pound axles. So, folks, this is a single piece assembly. It's gonna make installation a snap whether you're retrofitting or switching from drum brakes. It's a machined process, and that's gonna minimize runout and warping.
Contaminants cannot get in between the rotor and the hub, and it's a balanced unit providing a nice smooth ride as it goes down the highway or the roads. It is a vented design, as you can see in the sides. And, also here, you got the holes here to also let water and stuff fall out as it's going down the road and those kind of things as well. So those drainage holes are gonna allow that water to drain easily, preventing corrosion. And the industry-standard races are included.
However, your bearings are sold separately, and the grease seal is sold separately. I'll put them auto numbers on the screen for you. It is a nice heavy-duty cast iron construction, so it's gonna ensure a favorable friction coefficient. That's gonna be necessary for stopping power and also maximize that stopping power. It has a Maxx coating over the outside of that cast iron.
That provides that superior corrosion resistance for fresh water or salt water alike. It has a salt water spray test of over 1,000 hours. Again, it's for 8,000 pound axles. The wheel size is about 16 or 17 1/2 inch wheels. The bolt pattern again is 8 lugs on 6 1/2 inch.
So that 6 1/2 is measuring center of one wheel stud diagonally to the center of the other stud straight across. That's where you're getting that 6 1/2 inch. And the outer diameter is 13 inches. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just a quick look at our DeeMaxx 13-inch hub-and-rotor assembly. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
YOU DID A VERY GOOD JOB ,PART WAS SHIPPED IN A VERY SHORT TIME.
as described, easy to assemble, super-fast shipping
The product is of high quality and the bearing cups were already installed. The support staff Kim R. and Ashley are excellent to work with and the same can be said of their company. When a hub was lost in transit another hub was shipped immediately when the required wait time expired. This company has very high customer core values and I would highly recommend them for trailer parts.
