Hi, Does the TH04973 include the plate and the release bar? I need only the components for one set including the bolt and the wingnut. I ordered the replacement kit last year TH04997 and unfortunately, one set was not installed properly and fell off. I would like to order TH04973, the bolts TH10403 and the wingnuts TH04877, plus the protector pads TH05001. Are they in stock now? Im travelling to Florida and would like them delivered there.
