I was wondering what the difference between 8-201-5uc3-ez and ko8-201 98 drum and hub assemblys

Hello Thomas, thanks for reaching out. The only difference between those two hubs is the size of the included seal. The # 8-201-5UC3-EZ comes with a 2.125" ID seal, while the # K08-201-98 comes with a 2.25" ID seal.
The 2.25" seal is more common, but both sizes can be found on axles rated 5.2K-7K. If you can tell me the part number cast on your hub, I should be able to tell you what seal size you need. Or you can remove a hub and measure the ID of your seal with a micrometer. Or measure the part of the spindle where the seal rides.
