Hello John,
For your 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid, you’ll want our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98848. I really like that our etrailer hitch comes in a matte black finish, it gives it that OEM look. If you’d prefer a glossy finish, then you’ll want the Curt # C13397.
As for the bike rack, it really depends on what kind of bikes you have and how many you need to transport.
If you’re looking for a single-bike rack, check out the Benton LittleShift Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 2" Hitches - Wheel or Frame Mount # B54VR. This rack is great because it can be used as either a wheel mount or a frame mount, which means it can handle all kinds of bikes. With an 80-pound weight capacity, it’s even suitable for heavy e-bikes.
If you’re looking for a double-bike rack, my new favorite is the Thule Verse Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # TH64SA. Part of my job is testing new products, and I had the chance to work with this rack yesterday. It’s very well-engineered and incredibly easy to use. Just note, it’s a wheel-mount style, so it won’t work if you bikes have fenders. This rack has a 60-pound capacity per bike. If you want to avoid lifting the bikes, you can add the ramp # TH43VA.
Those are my two favorites. I attached some review videos so you can get a good feel for the racks before purchasing. If neither one suits your needs, just let me know how many bikes you have and what kind they are so I can recommend something better to accommodate what you have.
Another thing worth mentioning, I see that you asked the question on a hitch that has a 1 1/4" receiver, I always recommend a 2" receiver if available because it is the more common size, so you will be able to find more accessories for the 2".
