Trailer Wiring Recommendation for 2022 Tesla Model Y

Question:
Hi, I’m interested in buying a Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector for my Tesla model Y 2022. I’ve tested the connector behind my bumper, it has no power on any pins when I turn on my turn signals or my hazards. So I’m wondering if your connector would work. Thanks

Hey Patrick, since your trailer wiring port isn't active you could take it to a Tesla dealer to have that port activated or you could install the Tekonsha part # TK92VR which would bypass that and instead installs by installing inline with the taillight connectors.

Hey Patrick, did you decide to have the port activated at the Tesla dealer or go with the Tekonsha wiring harness instead? I'm curious because it could help others with similar issues on their Tesla.
