Does the Demco SBS Air Force One Require Battery Power on the Flat Towed Vehicle

Question:

Id like to know parts needed for a 2021 chevy colorado and for rv is a 2009 holiday rambler ambassador on a roadmaster chassis. my toad manual states remove neg side of battery while towing. will this system still work? I already have the bx8869 wiring set up in vehicle and blue ox base plate with the avail tow bars

You can install the Demco SBS Air Force One # SM99243 without any other parts required and it won't require any power draw from the battery while you're flat towing your 2021 Chevy Colorado with your Holiday Rambler. The Air Force One # SM99243 installs with an air line that runs between the RV and your Colorado. You won't need your battery connected for the Air Force One system to operate.

The Air Force One is also available with the CoachLink system included with part # DM26VR; this system allows you to have a monitor mounted in the RV that alerts you visibly when the toad's brakes are applied.
