If the cage is removed from the e34vv, will the cargo carrier be able to fold up. If not, is there a way to package the 24x60 folding cargo carrier with the kit for the cage?

Hey Chuck! The cargo carrier that comes with the 24x60 etrailer Enclosed Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e34VV is the same as the # e99049. If you remove the cage you will be able to fold up the cargo carrier on the back of your RV/Trailer. If you have any other questions feel free to reply below.

Thanks for the quick response! One last question. Are the Mount and Lock safety struts (Mo22FR), included in the kit or do they need to be purchased separately?
