How to Tighten Fastway Ball Mount Hitch Balls

Question:
I have an aluminum fastway hitch that the balls have become loose in the fixture. Is there a way to tighten them back up?

Hi Steve; there should be an adjustment bolt on the ball platform that looks like the picture below. You will need a 5/16" Allen wrench to tighten it up and secure the hitch balls.
