I do have a solution for you, however when I spoke with my contact at Lippert they said that your axle is rated for 5,200 lbs and the highest rated standard axles that we have are rated for 3,500 lbs.

The alternative solution that we have is the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension # ASR5200S01. This system is rated for 5,200 lbs and can be used as a single axle or you can use 2 for a tandem axle trailer. There are a few great things about the Timbren system. It increases ground clearance since it doesn't require a axle beam (although a crosstube should be added for extra support if one is not present on the trailer frame), the installation is much more simple to mock up, plus the suspension works independently of each other so that you get a really smooth ride. A sample installation video has been linked for you to check out.

For the brakes I recommend our Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA which features self-adjusting so that after the initial setup you don't have to keep checking on your trailer brakes.

The hub and drum assembly that you then need is the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-5UC3-EZ which is compatible with the Timbren spindles when the Grease Seals # RG06-070 are used instead of what comes with the hub and drum. The bolt pattern is the same 6 on 5-1/2" as what you currently have which means you can keep your current wheels and tires.

I am looking to upgrade my entire axle assembly on my 29ft travel trailer. Currently has two 3500 lb axles. We keep getting out of alignment and burning tires. Have had realigned multiple times. First few years were great with no problems, now every time I go out we have an issue. Haven’t changed my load amount. So looking to upgrade to hopefully fix the issue. Not looking to actually add weight capacity, just continue with what I got. Would the Timbren work with that kind of trailer?

There's no issue with using the Timbren Axle-Less Systems on travel trailers and they can be used in a tandem/two axle setup too. This should work really well for you and will hopefully eliminate all the alignment troubles you've been having. We have a nice selection of 3,500 setups available (linked below). The Timbren # A35RS545E represents the all-in-one system, including hubs and electric brake assemblies.
