4-Leaf Spring That Fits 2020 Grand Design XLS Imagine 22RBE

Question:

I have a 2020 Grand Design XLS Imagine 22RBE which came with four sets of three-leaf springs. I read lots of stories of folks having the longer of the three leafs crack, so I am wondering if it would be prudent to upgrade to a four-leaf spring for extra support. The existing springs appear to be 25-1/4 inches measuring from the center of the front bolt hole to the center of the rear hole. Do you have any recommendations?

Hey Mike, we do have 4-leaf leaf springs that fit your 3,500 lb axles with the part # e54SR which would work great. These are a little shorter than what you have now by about 1/8 of an inch but that's the correct length you need since they tend to stretch over time as they wear out and flatten. Have you had any leaf spring problems?
