Question:

I read your post about replacement leaf springs for an Grand Design Imagine 2019 - 2500RL. You addressed the issue of measuring what size I might need. However, the question I have is: Is there an upgrade, heavier duty, leaf spring available? If so, does it make sense to upgrade? I ask because it looks like all four of my leaf springs have flattened out a bit, especially on the passenger/right side. Thanks in advance for your help. You folks provide a very helpful and valuable service.

It looks like your 2019 Grand Design Imagine 2500RL has 3,500 lb axles. Assuming the # e54SR matches your spring eye to spring eye measurement, I would stick with these 3,500 lb leaf springs.

The leaf springs will inevitably flatten out over time, but sometimes additional wear is due to a heavy slide out or kitchen. Looks like in your case it would be the kitchen. I recommend adding SumoSprings to provide additional support to your leaf springs and help level you out. You will need the # TSS-107-40 since you have overslung axles. Since it is a tandem axle trailer you need a pair for each axle.
