Hey Jon! The 2018 E-Series Cutaway does not have a custom fit hitch available. What you need is a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch # 41990-07. This is a Class V hitch with a 2" receiver and a weld-on installation that fits frames up to 44" wide. If you have any other questions feel free to reply below.
