Is There Curt Fifth Wheel Rail Kit that Fits 2022 Ford F-150 Short Bed with Ride Height Sensors
Updated 05/15/2025 | Published 05/09/2025 >
Question:
I found this question and it's similar to the one I have. I have a 2022 ford f150 with 6.5' bed and it has ride height sensors in the mounting holes where the kits would bolt up on this curt kit and on the Reese kits. Is there a rail kit that's specifically designed for the ford f150 with ride height sensors? Or do I have to make new holes to accommodate the sensors and on my truck? I current have the Reese quick install kit with 48" rails that was installed on my last f150. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey Brett, I checked with Curt and their rail kit part # C93WR does fit your 2022 Ford F-150 6-1/2 foot bed and does not have any fit exclusions for versions that have the ride height sensors so this will work great for you.

Thanks for the reply. This Curt rail kit uses the same bolt holes that the Reese kits use. The 2021-25 ford f150 only has 2 available holes per side to install the kit, where the 2015-20 f150s have 3. On my 22 f150 the back mounting hole has the ride height sensors, seeing this kit you mentioned and the one I have just confirmed that I'll have to modify it to make it work, thanks again
