Instructions and pictures need to be easier to follow. Two person job to work well. Excellent delivery and service. Even at 75 years old I was able to install the hitch with some help. Too bad air tools would not work on installation.

It arrived early. Great quality. Easy instructions with the video they have available on the web site. Had installed in a few hrs while working on another car at the same time.
This was a required piece to connect a fifth wheel mount. Was designed exactly for my 2016 F-150 and was timely to installed but worth the labor.
Overall is a good product, installation could be improved by not having the supports that bolt to the frame bend so as to go over the frame and under the bed. Extreme lack of space allowed to install bolts up through the horizontal portion of the hitch frame up and through the bed. Product has towed my fifth wheel many miles with no issues.
The installation kits seems of decent quality. The isolation kit that came with it is very thin compared to what Ford uses. The installation directions were detailed enough to follow with no problem. My hitch fit into the mount perfectly. My 5th wheel only has a 6300# gvwr but I have had no problems. Everything is very solid. My one and only concern is the very thin isolation kit being effective.
I was able to install it myself after carefully watching (many times) and following the etrailer how to video. It has held up great and is a secure attachment for my Curt 5th wheel.
The 5th wheel rail kit fit my '22 F150 and the directions were detailed enough to allow me to do the installation. Kim at etrailer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Box was damaged in transit and pieces were missing. Places a call to etrailer, explained the issue and they quickly reprocessed and shipped replacement. Thank you!
Installation is straight forward, but make sure you have the proper tool to reach the nuts over the frame rails.

Self install was easy. We have not had one bit of problem out of it, Pulling our fifth wheel!

Strong enough but I should have gotten one the bolted to the outside of the frame. Very difficult to install with the bolts in the position they are.
Service was excellent and they take pride in getting the product to the customer on time. i would recommend them to anyone .
