Does Curt Hitch for 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Require Modifying Vehicle to Install
Updated 09/29/2025 | Published 05/02/2025 >
Question:
I have a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. Will it require modification to install the hitch. I’ve gotten 2 hitches for different vehicles I’ve owned from you guys and never had to mess with the underbody trimming of panels. If that is required, can you go into more detail for me. Not sure I want to cut up a new car. Also I’m not hauling a trailer, just a couple of regular bicycles, is there another product you would suggest that might not involve trimming any of the vehicle? I don’t absolutely need a 2” hitch for that. Thanks

Hey Patbet, the Curt hitch part # C37RV that you referenced that fits your 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe does not require any modification or drilling to install. It's one of the easier hitches to install for sure.
Do you have a bike rack already?
