Hey Dave, you likely will not have any clearance issues with a 5th wheel hitch and the PowertraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX84QR on your 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 6-3/4' bed, but it does depend on the exact hitch you have.
For example, The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775 sits about 18-1/2" from the bed floor, which is low enough for this toneau cover that mounts on top of the bed rails (tonneau covers that mount inside the bed rails may have clearance issues with this hitch).
So if you want to make absolutely sure, you can measure from the bed floor to the top of your fifth wheel hitch and if it's about 18-1/2" or less, you'll definitely be fine. In other words, you want to make sure you have clearance between the top of the fifth wheel hitch and the top of your truck bed rails.
