Hey Dave, the correct Thule TracRac SR ladder rack with cantilever extension is the part# TH43002XT-780EX for your 2025 GMC Sierra 3500 long bed. The other part number is not a Super Duty version of the rack and instead is designed to fit Super Duty Ford trucks which I think is the confusion. You were wanting the version with the extension correct?
