The Extended End Link Kit # 590067-00 is designed for a different Sway Bar kit from Roadmaster, so I'm not seeing that it will work with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # 1139-178 for your 2010 Ford Van.
I can try reaching out to see if Roadmaster can confirm something else to fit, but I'm wondering if you're needing direct replacement end links, or if you're really needing some for a lift as that kit you're looking at is designed for trucks that have a 4" lift.
