The Front Sway Bar Extended End Links # 590067-00 do fit a 2003 Ford F-350 with a 4 inch lift if the truck is installing the Sway Bar part # RM-1139-153 as that is what this kit is designed to do. To allow the sway bar to install on a vehicle with a 4 inch lift.
