That is a good question, Alan.
With how the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch # 306-X7381 installs, you will need to remove the back bumper as a whole, unfortunately. I included an install video we did on a 2020 Ascent and if you jump to the 5:35 mark, you can see what all this will involve. The process ends at the 8:22 minute mark, so it is on the high side of difficulty. That said, the look will be as close to a factory hitch as you can get and the receiver will be completely covered when you put everything back on and use the little panel (pictures included as well).
If you do not want to go through all of that, the Curt # C13400 would be an easier install. You would still need to enlarged some access holes by filing or using a rotary tool, the spare tire will need to be lowered or removed temporarily for hitch installation, and a the heat shield must be modified or trimmed for hitch installation. The hitch would also not sit behind that panel so it would be visible at all time and sit lower than your bumper.
To be honest, I would probably go the EcoHitch route due to how the finished install looks, but that's me. Where you planning on doing this install yourself?
