can the cargo box fit on this 2 kayak, 2 bike rig? also I assume two more sets of J racks could be used instead of the bike racks yes?

Good afternoon Andy, (great name btw). The Malone MicroSport Trailer # MPG461KB is compatible with the Malone's MPG481 Trailer Storage Trunk # MPG481. This is the only confirmed fit we have for a cargo box on the Malone MicroSport trailers.
And yes, you can definitely remove the 2 bike racks and install 2 more sets of J style kayak carriers like # MAL98FR.
