Good morning! Can you please explain the difference between PB69SV and PB79AV? Which of the two would yall recommend for my 2024 Silverado 1500?

Hey Forrest!
Good question - both the Pacbrake Alpha # PB79SV and # PB69SV are a fit for your 2024 Silverado 1500. There is one single difference between the two models and it comes with the internal jounce bumper that's part of the makeup of part # PB79SV. The part # PB69SV is the standard spring without the internal jounce.
The internal jounce feature is going to prevent you from completely bottoming out even if you happen to lose air on the bags. That's really the only obvious benefit. Otherwise I think for your 1500 you'll be more than happy with the standard Pacbrake # PB69SV .

Hey Forrest, Did you decide to go with the standard Pacbrake or the one with the internal jounce bumper for your Silverado? I'm curious to know which option you chose and how it's working out for you. Your experience could really help others with similar trucks make a decision!
