MORryde StepAbove Steps for 2021 Grand Design Transcend 265BH XPLOR

Question:
I have a 2021 grand design transcend explorer 265BH travel trailer. I’m interested in getting the Moryde steps for the back door that goes into the living area. When I measure it, the measurement from the threshold to the ground is always between 33 and 34 inches. Should I get the steps that are for 34 inch and above or 33 inch and below. Thank you.

Hey Jack! I would get the MORryde StepAbove RV Steps # MR98RR. These are for an entry height of 30" and 33-1/2" which will be the best option. Looks like you have 26" wide doors so this would be the correct part for your trailer. Worst case you may occasionally have to put an extra board or block under the feet if the ground is really uneven and extends further down. I see that as a better option than having the steps sit too far out at a funny angle putting stress on the bracket in a similar scenario.
