Yes, the # TA67RR wheel can fit 12x1.5 lug nuts, but there's a small catch. You need to make sure the shape of the lug nut matches the shape of the hole in the wheel. Lug nuts don’t just differ in thread size, they also come in different seat types, like cone (tapered), flat (mag), or ball seats. The wheel is designed to work with one specific type, and using the wrong shape can cause problems or even be unsafe.
The # TA67RR wheel features beveled stud holes, which are designed to accommodate conical seat lug nuts. These lug nuts have a cone-shaped base, typically with a 60-degree taper, that fits snugly into the beveled holes of the wheel. This design helps center the wheel on the hub and ensures a secure fit when the lug nuts are properly torqued. Something like # AM90049 will work (I attached a picture as well so you can see the cone shape I am referencing).
