Question:
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Limited that I want to install a 2inch receiver on with a 7 pin connector. I only need lights in the 7 pin connector, not brakes. Is there a harness that is plug and play at the back of the car?

Hey Brice! What kind of trailer are you towing? The only option for a plug and play 7-way is if you have the factory tow package to plug in the # HM40975. It sounds like you don't have the tow package so you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56093 along with the # ETBC7L to add a 7-way.
The # ETBC7L does not include the brake output wire since you said you only need it for lights. If you think you might want to add a brake controller in the future I would go ahead and install the # ETBC7 instead. Then for a hitch you can use the Draw-Tite # 76320 along with the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
