Will Trimax Universal Anti-Rattle Clamp Fit Receiver With Angled Collar

Question:
I have a 2017 GMC Sierra 3500HD with the factory 2.5inch receiver. The receiver does have a collar, but rather than a 90 degree collar around the receiver, it has an angled collar. Will this anti rattle device still work on my receiver? Thank you.

Hey Bill! The Trimax Universal Anti-Rattle Clamp # TMX66SR will fit your receiver. It actually sits on the top of the shank of whatever you put in and then the lip pulls up on the bottom of the receiver tube. See the attached photo. That design won't have any issues working with your trailer hitch. If you need anything else feel free to reach out in the comments below.
