The Fastway # FA49-00-5925 is manufactured overseas in China, but we do have some American made options that might work for you, depending on the exact rise/drop and capacity needed.
B&W manufactures their Tow & Stow ballmounts in Kansas. For an 18K capacity and the same rise/drop, go for the # BW54FR. If you needed more capacity, the US (Florida) made BulletProof Hitches makes an excellent product, they have a 22K capacity ball mount with a 10 inch drop/rise available as part # HD2510. Both ball mounts are compatible with 2-1/2 inch receivers.
