Hey Shawn, for an anti-rattle device you could use with the part # SHP2040-XL with the anti-rattle device part # e28JR that you referenced. This fits down into the hollow shank of a ball mount and would hold it all tight.

Shawn , I purchased a reduced magnetic sleeve that works great.The magnet is strong enough that when you pull your receiver out it does not pull the sleeve out.I am very happy with the product and there is no rattling the sleeve fit in nicely.
