Adapter to Go from Pullrite Superglide to MORryde Cushioned Pin Box

Updated 12/02/2025 | Published 03/20/2025

Question:

I am currently using the Pullrite superlite 2400, and my fifth wheel has a Morryde pin box. I feel more movement than I did when I had a fixed pin box. Would this adapter plate help with chucking?

Hey John, since you have a Pullrite hitch what you need is the part # MR57ZR. This is correct adapter to go from your Superglide to the MORryde pin box. This will get rid of the movement.

I do not have a super glide hitch. As per my question I have a superlite hitch.

@JohnZ Sorry about that! I did see that but assumed it was a typo. If I could post an emoji it would be the facepalm guy haha. In that case yes you would need the part # MR37ZR.

@JamesonC I have installed this adapter, and it has stopped the excessive flex the stock Morryde plate had with my superlite hitch. Installing the rods through the plastic blocks were very tight. Now it doesn't seem to have any fore and aft movement. It's like a fixed pin box now. Is this normal, or should I still have some movement? Or should I use a traditional fifth wheel hitch and put the stock Morryde plate back on?

@JohnZ which adapter do you have? I don't see any in your order notes that I can pull up.
