Hey Daniel, thanks for reaching out!
If your 2017 Ford Transit T350 has a factory trailer brake controller, then it should have a 7-Way at the back end. If you don't have a factory trailer wiring connector at the back of your Transit, then you'll need the Tekonsha OEM Wiring Kit # 22114, which comes with a Tekonsha brake controller plug.
