Hey T, thanks for reaching out!
The Curt Deep Drop Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # C49NR only comes with the 2-ball configuration, but if you get the Weigh Safe Aero Hitch # WS87MR you can get the same kind of setup with a 10" drop and a 12.5K weight rating.
Attached is a video for you to check out on the Weigh Safe.
I'm guessing you want a 1-ball setup for better ground clearance. If you have a different reason, please let me know and I'll be happy to look into it!
