Whats the center hole diameter on dexter backing plates with the 7-bolt flange for 10-15 larger axles.

Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-443 uses an industry standard 7-bolt pattern. I have included a picture that shows the bolt pattern dimensions for you below. These are all measured center hole to center hole.
Part # 23-443 is the right hand side, then # 23-442 for the left hand side.

Thank you. After plugging those dimensions into CAD software I have confirmed that the bolt pattern does fit around a 4.5" axle tube with suitable clearance for nuts and bolts.
