It was super fast and easy to install works great. I only wish they had recommended new seals. Now my trailer stops my truck instead of my truck stopping the trailer.

What Are The Bolt Pattern Dimensions Of The Dexter 12 Backing Plates 23-443
Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-443 uses an industry standard 7-bolt pattern. I have included a picture that shows the bolt pattern dimensions for you below. These are all measured center hole to center hole. After Replacing Brake Magnets Trailer Brakes Are Weak
Nine times out of ten, the issue is that the brakes need to be adjusted. You will need to adjust the brakes out to where you can hear a slight but constant drag of the pads on the drums. If the brakes are properly adjusted then it could be that the new magnets are not the right size for the brake assemblies or the assemblies themselves are not rated high enough for the 12K axles. To replace the brake shoes on your Dexter 12k axle you will want the Right Hand Shoe and Lining for Dexter 12-1/4" x 5" Electric Brake Assembly item # BP04-375 and the Left Hand item # BP04-365.
