What is the ground clearance to the bottom of the hitch receiver when installed on a 2025 Ioniq 5 ?

Hey Bruce, since the Draw Tite hitch part # DT27YR fits right up under the rear bumper you'd lose right at 2.5 inches of rear ground clearance like you see in the attached picture.
