Hey Jim! The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e38FV is still a pre-order right now so if your trip is in the near future it probably won't be available. Once it comes out, you could use our dealer locator I linked below to find a dealer in Palm Springs and order/pick it up from them. Are you from Canada? I'm assuming you are. If nothing else, we also ship to Canada so you could always order it directly from our site and have it sent to your home.

Hey Mark, yes you can use the etrailer anti rattle device part #e38FV when towing a travel trailer. It will hold the ball mount that is being used tight to the hitch to eliminate any movement. What travel trailer do you have?
