Question:

Will this work with a BandW Tow and Stow hitch for the Multi pro tailgate on my 2022 GMC 3500? I am worried about the lack of clearance between the receiver and hitch.

We do have a potential option for you, but the Curt Anti-Rattle Hitch Clamp # C87UR is likely not going to work with your setup. I think you are exactly right in that there is really no room between the receiver and the hitch. So there is really nowhere for the Anti-Rattle Clamp to go.

If you are in need of an anti-rattle device that will work with the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate I recommend the XL Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # SHP2040-XL. This is an anti rattle hitch lock that will replace your current hitch lock. This uses a threaded insert that will go inside the shank of your B&W ball mount. Tightening the pin into the threaded insert will help to eliminate unwanted rattle in the hitch. Since none of the U-bolt style anti-rattle options will fit, the threaded pin will definitely be your best bet.
